Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

We may use the information collected on our website to provide customized product and services information available from SecureState. We also may use the information to enhance the user experience, improve operations, maintain service quality, and provide general statistics regarding use of the website.

SecureState may disclose personal information, without notice; (a) if required by law (e.g., to comply with legal process such as subpoena); (b) to protect and defend the rights or property of SecureState or its affiliated companies; (c) to process requests made by you; (d) to jointly offer products and services with our carefully selected third party business partners; and (e) as otherwise indicated in this Privacy Statement. We use reasonable administrative, physical, technical, and procedural security measures that meet or exceed government standards and industry guidelines to safeguard information. We have policies and procedures that restrict our employees', agents', and contractors' access to information about you.

Linking to Other Websites

SecureState websites may contain links to third party websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of SecureState, and SecureState is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including, without limitation, any changes or updates to a Linked Site. SecureState does not endorse the Linked Sites or the third parties. We are providing the links solely as a convenience.

Cookies and Web Beacons

SecureState’s website may use "cookies" to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and typically can be read only by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser’s settings to decline cookies. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the SecureState services or websites you visit.

SecureState websites may contain electronic images known as web beacons – sometimes called single-pixel gifs – that allow SecureState to count users who have visited and to deliver co-branded services. Web beacons are not used to access personally identifiable information; they are a technique we may use to compile aggregated statistics about website usage. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides. SecureState web pages may also contain web beacons placed there by our advertising partners to help SecureState determine the effectiveness of our Internet advertising campaigns.

Information from Children Online

This website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit data online from, or market online to, children under the age of 13.

Email

If you send us email, we may retain it. Please remember that any unencrypted email sent over the Internet can be read by anyone who intercepts it; therefore, you should limit the personal information you email unencrypted over the Internet.

Changes to the Privacy Statement

We occasionally may update this Statement to reflect changes in our information sharing practices or to incorporate feedback from our users. If the changes are material, with regard to our information sharing practices, we prominently post a notice on our Website, prior to implementing the change. We encourage you to review this Statement periodically.
