SecureState is actively seeking a Sales Manager to act as a liaison and manager to SecureState partners while growing the pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Implement sales metrics for the company.
- Manage sales force and guide them to meet their quotas.
- Develop, create, qualify, and manage sales opportunities through forecasting, account strategy, and planning.
- Strategize to increase pipeline.
- Work in conjunction with consultants to develop strategies, solutions, etc.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of security technologies and products, competitors, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- BS or BA Degree in Marketing/Business/Accounting/Computer Science
- MBA Degree a plus
- Background in selling technical services
- Past experience managing, motivating, and driving sales team
- Experience creating and implementing quotas, budgets, commission structures, and sales plans
- Consistent performance against quotas, goals, and targets
- Proven ability to manage sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Excellent communication skills with customers/prospects; internally and externally
- Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and excellent organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
