SecureState is actively seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain a partnership with the customer at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • To assist in the grown of add-on work.
  • To develop and manage relationship with long term accounts/clients.
  • To assist the sales and marketing team in execution
  • Work in conjunction with the COO for the reporting requirements, development, and production

Required Qualifications:

  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer services.
  • Must have strong and articulate communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff members, vendors, and consultants.
  • Must have a personable, positive, and upbeat attitude.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • BS or BS; Degree in Business/Accounting/Computer Science desired.
  • Prior consultative technical sales experience.

NOTE:
