SecureState is actively seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain a partnership with the customer at all levels.
Responsibilities
- To assist in the grown of add-on work.
- To develop and manage relationship with long term accounts/clients.
- To assist the sales and marketing team in execution
- Work in conjunction with the COO for the reporting requirements, development, and production
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer services.
- Must have strong and articulate communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff members, vendors, and consultants.
- Must have a personable, positive, and upbeat attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- BS or BS; Degree in Business/Accounting/Computer Science desired.
- Prior consultative technical sales experience.
