SecureState is actively seeking a Channel Sales Manager to act as a liaison and manager to SecureState partners while growing the pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting quotas and hitting metrics.
  • Manage and be the main point of contact for existing business partners and alliances.
  • Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
  • Handle direct communication with partners on new products and service offerings.
  • Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
  • Demonstrating industry knowledge.
  • Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support.
  • Handle direct communication with partners on new products and service offerings.
  • Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
  • Demonstrating industry knowledge.
  • Providing weekly reporting.
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
  • Conducting contract negotiations.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or BA; Degree in Marketing/Business/Accounting/Computer Science
  • 3-5 Years of business to business sales.
  • Direct experience working with channel and vendor sales.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff members, and consultants.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers.
  • Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions/needs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
