SecureState is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide internal administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project based work.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate resource.
  • Professionally greet and sign in visitors.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness in common lunchroon and conference rooms.
  • Keep office supplies stocked.
  • Sign for a distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience conducating receptionist duties.
  • Willing to take on tasks outside of defined job description.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach above head, drive an automobile and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
 
 

NOTE:
